WOW factor in CLP assessment
As part of her Certified Learning Practitioner assessment, Helen undertook a live assessment in front of a number of Trainers and Assessors. Helen was thrilled to achieve a rarely awarded level 3 score, known as the WOW factor, for the evaluation exercise included within her training session.
