Coaching and Mentoring

Every person is different which means that the learning needs that we come across can be very diverse. Therefore it isn’t appropriate to only offer a solution in the form of training interventions as this may not be the most suitable way forward for every situation. We are very pleased to be able to offer coaching and/or mentoring as an alternative or complimentary option to training.

Coaching and mentoring are methods of helping people to find the right solutions, often their own solutions and then ensuring that they implement ideas and techniques into practice.

In order for a training intervention to be successful, it is important that the course participants are given the time, opportunity and support to transfer their learning to the workplace once the course has finished. There are occasions when extra support is necessary to ensure this happens and this is where coaching and mentoring can compliment the training intervention.

Coaching and mentoring also works well as a standalone intervention. It is a particularly good way of resolving specific issues or helping people to change behaviours that may be preventing them or their organisation from achieving full potential. The ability of our qualified coaches in blending their wealth of financial experience with their coaching skills is a very unusual combination and puts them in an excellent position to help drive change and achieve results.

Stereotypically, coaching and mentoring is seen as a solution for only Managers and Executives but in our experience it can benefit anyone at any level as the style and method is always adapted to suit every unique situation.
