Overview: We are often asked to prepare a course aimed at a specific group of people, for example Project Managers, the Sales team, Directors, First Line Managers, Supervisors, Administrators to name but a few. Rather than asking them to attend a generic course, we pride ourselves in tailoring any of our courses to a particular group of people so that it fulfils their precise needs and doesn’t include content that may be irrelevant to them.
For example, a Finance for Administrators course may include areas such as purchase orders, dealing with invoices, analysing their Managers budget statements rather than including a section on Balance Sheets which may be less relevant.
A Finance for Directors course may incorporate elements on business planning and strategy rather than how to undertake variance analysis.
Finance for Sales People may focus more heavily on the impact on the finances of selling decisions such as offering discounts, putting prices up and analysis of gross profits rather than covering heavy detail on the Balance Sheet.

Any of our courses can be tailored to your specific organisation and incorporate your terminology, processes, reports, etc. We find that this really helps the course participants to see the relevance of the course content and assists them with understanding areas of finance that could potentially appear complex as we are using language and examples that they are familiar with and can easily relate to.
