The Royal Mint have appointed FST&C to help them ensure their finances are in mint condition!

Given our extensive experience and great reviews from our classroom based learning, we thought that we should make our courses available to a wider audience.

From peas to profit! Birdseye engages FST&C to provide financial and commercial awareness training.
I now understand how my actions affect other peoples budgets both negatively and positively and how I can work with other departments to reduce costs.
Dan Ball-Gray, Quality Engineering Team Leader, Cummins Power Generation
Overview: Effective budgets are vital for good financial management of any organisation and as strong financial management is critical for organisational success, it is crucial that anyone involved in the budget creation and/or budget management process is well trained in practical techniques for doing so. Budgets are used for decision making, cash flow planning, operational judgements as well as forming part of the business planning process and so play a central role in the running of any organisation.
This course will provide the participants with hands-on tools and techniques that they can apply to their own budgets and as for all of our courses, they will be asked to complete a personal action plan at the end of it to ensure that they have considered how to put the ideas from the training into practice.
Course Content:
Who is it for? This course will benefit anyone who is currently involved creating and/or managing a budget. It will also be useful to anyone who will be doing so in the near future. This course can benefit people who have been creating and/or managing budgets for years just as much as those who are new to it.
Duration: 1 day
Tailoring the course: Whilst we are more than happy to provide you with a generic course, we find that tailoring our courses to the particular needs of the course participants and to your own organisation provides the best results by far.
Any of our courses can be tailored to your specific organisation and incorporate your terminology, processes, reports, etc. We find that this really helps the course participants to see the relevance of the course content and assists them with understanding areas of finance that could potentially appear complex as we are using language and examples that they are familiar with and can easily relate to.
Please contact us to discuss how we can make this work best for you.
